Bell Among Nation’s Best Banks to Work For

Bell Bank has again been named to American Banker Magazine's list of the nation's Best Banks to Work For! We are the #2 workplace among thousands of banks across the entire nation – the highest ranking we have achieved on this list! This is the seventh year in a row Bell has been on the American Banker list.

In recognizing Bell, American Banker highlighted Bell’s "Pay It Forward" initiative. Since 2008, Pay It Forward has empowered more than $14 million in charitable giving, providing every employee funds each year to give as they choose to individuals, families and organizations in need.

 
The Best Banks to Work For list is compiled in part based on American Banker’s evaluation of the bank’s culture, policies, pay and benefits, and employee engagement and motivation, with the majority based on surveys about employees’ experiences in the workplace.
